FINALLY

Well i've actually done it ,made a card for theLess is More Challenge it's not my normal style, but this week there was a sketch to follow, so i've had a go, hope its okay

I've embossed the bottom of the card with a craft concepts folder called gem flourish, and embossed two lines above this,  added three poppies from WOC,and the sentiment was printed straight onto the card.
Hope it is okay,
Thanks for visiting my blog and I love to read your coments, love Irene

Gorgeous card Irene - well done you. I struggle with the simple cards, l find them so difficult. I made one for this challenge and realised it should be tall and not landscape doh... better try again x Susan x

That Craft Concepts folder is so gorgeous isn't it. I use this quite a bit and have also used thinner cardstock and more pressure to get the raised design to literally pop out from the card. This can then be used as a stencil and perhaps a rhinestone design...

Loving your card and i hope you don't mind me saying that i would have placed the sentiment just above the flowers and to one side so that the top half of the card was completely clear. Your card is very elegant:-)
